The producers have set aside a portion of all gross proceeds for charitable
purposes. Currently they are in discussion with Oxfam, Greenpeace,
United Nations/UNESCO and Amnesty International and will soon designate
one as the official umbrella charitable partner.
In addition to the umbrella charity running through all the programs
each show will have a localized show-specific charity to which proceeds
are given. The show-specific charity will be selected to coincide
with the ongoing charitable activities of the show's headlining
musician.
